Sub: Request to inaugurate 6th Association Council Meet on 3rd December, 2008 (11:00 hrs) at Seminar Hall, Mausam Bhawan Campus, Lodi Road, New Delhi-3.

This Association is convening its 6th Association Council Meet at Seminar Hall, Mausam Bhawan Campus, Lodi Road, New Delhi-3 from 3rd to 5th December, 2008 wherein Councilors/Delegates from all parts of the Country will be participating to contribute with their valuable suggestions which shall be compiled and finalized for submission to the Department on the concluding day of the Meet.
The Association, being Scientific/Technical Employees organization is pledged to adopt systematic and peaceful means of discussions with justification and logical conclusion in the welfare interest of the employees and progress of the Department. Your presence will definitely give an encouragement to the Councilors /Delegates who are eager to seek your blessings and listen to your enlightened views, your vision towards the progress of all Scientific employees of the Department and taking Department to new heights at par with International Standards.
It is therefore our earnest request to your good self to kindly spare some time from your busy schedule and grace the occasion as Chief Guest on 3rd December, 2008 at 1100 hrs IST at Seminar Hall, Mausam Bhawan Campus, Lodi Road, New Delhi-3.
